Spectacle Blind Flange

Spectacle blind flanges may not be suitable for high-pressure or high-temperature applications due to the inherent limitations of the slip-on design. In such cases, weld neck or socket weld flanges are preferred for their superior strength and reliability. SORF flanges are available in various sizes, materials, and pressure ratings to suit different piping system requirements. They are commonly used in industries such as water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, and low-pressure process piping. Spectacle blinds are commonly used in piping systems where temporary or periodic isolation of a section of the pipeline is necessary for maintenance, inspection, or repair purposes. They provide a reliable and leak-tight seal when properly installed and are preferred over traditional blinds because they allow for visual verification of the pipeline status. Equal and unequal tee suppliers, manufacturers and exporters in Navi Mumbai, Pithampur, Indore, Visakhapatnam, India to worldwide such as Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Europe, America & Africa.

These blinds are available in various materials, sizes, and pressure ratings to suit different piping system requirements. They are commonly used in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, and power generation.

Orifice Flange

An orifice flange is a specialized type of flange used in flow measurement applications within piping systems. It is designed to accommodate an orifice plate, which is a thin plate with a precisely sized hole in the center. The orifice plate is placed between two flanges in the line and is secured in position using bolts and nuts.

The orifice plate creates a constriction in the flow path, causing a pressure drop across the plate. By measuring this pressure drop, engineers can determine the flow rate of the fluid passing through the pipeline. Orifice flanges are commonly used in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, and water treatment for flow measurement and control purposes.
